Le concept de N#ICE TAPAS BAR était construit autour des plats qui sont préparés dans un laboratoire de production en respectant des mesures d'hygiène très strictes. 

Les plats sont individuellement portionnés et scellés avant de passer par le méthode "N#ICE Cryo-Food" créé dans notre laboratoire, afin de préserver tous les valeurs nutritives et gustatives et assurer la haute qualité de vos plats. 

Les plats sont ensuite livrés dans notre bar où ils sont assemblé dans une cuisine ouverte afin que vous puissiez surveiller tout le processus.

ANATOLY KOMM

Born in Moscow in 1967, the future leader is on a completely different path. After studying geophysics, Anatoly Komm started working in the IT sector. He then turned to fashion, traveling all over Europe. However, it is his interest in the culinary arts, which he discovers at the age of four, that leads him to truly engage in life. The first restaurant of Anatoly Komm, Green, was opened in 2001.
